Responsibilities

Lead and inspire operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, profitability, and elevated guest experiences

Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and event teams to deliver seamless and memorable events

Drive strategic planning, operational systems, and service standards to achieve financial and experiential excellence

Foster a culture of mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement among all team members

Communicate effectively across departments, clients, and ownership with clarity and professionalism

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of senior-level management experience overseeing multi-venue or complex operations

Proven background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end catering / event operations

Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational goals

Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at leading diverse teams in high-profile settings

Salary range : $110,000 - $125,000.
