Reporting to the VP of Sales, Boulevard is seeking a sales leader to build, coach, and scale our Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales team. As Manager of Strategic Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition with ACV deal sizes ranging from $20K$500K, while also personally leading Boulevard's most complex strategic opportunities, including enterprise whale deals exceeding seven figures.

You will manage and grow a team of Account Executives, instilling process discipline and coaching to success, while also architecting the sales playbook for larger accounts. This role requires both a builder's mindset and the ability to execute repeatable processes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is energized by creating structure, and has experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to win our most strategic accounts.

This is a remote position based in the US.

What you'll do here :

  • Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota
  • Establish and enforce intentional, repeatable sales methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide deal-level coaching, from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Onboard and uplevel talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Personally drive the sales process and be accountable for Boulevard's most strategic and complex deals, which can involve multi-year cycles and seven-figure contract values
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving and exceeding strategic sales quotas on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent execution and overall sales success.
  • Oversee RFP responses, consolidate customer requirements, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap alignment
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts and internally, and coach your team to do the same, multithreading deals by orchestrating BLVD executive sponsors (CRO, CEO, CTO, and peers) to drive alignment, remove blockers, and accelerate close.
  • Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook to ensure scalability and predictability
  • Leverage AI and modern sales technology to increase efficiency, accuracy, and team effectiveness
  • Establish strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline in collaboration with Revenue Operations

What you'll need to thrive :

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market and enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $50K$1M+
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing Account Executives
  • Background in selling payments solutions or working within payment facilitation models
  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS platforms, ideally operational systems
  • Experience managing both long (612 months) and shorter (3090 day) sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate RFPs and consolidate complex customer needs into actionable product requests
  • Experience in brick-and-mortar sales or managing franchisee / franchisor relationships within large, multi-location business models is a strong plus.
  • Builder mindset : proven ability to design and implement repeatable processes in an emerging or scaling enterprise sales org
  • Highly collaborative, with experience influencing Product and Engineering prioritization in resource-constrained environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and structured sales methodologies
  • How we'll take care of you :

    Your starting total cash compensation for this role is between $160,000 - $320,000 depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
