Job Summary :

We are seeking a safety-driven, hands-on, and technically skilled Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor to lead our electrical / controls team and mechanics team in a high-speed, 24 / 7 manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical automation, and control systems across the plant. The Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor will oversee a team of Electricians, Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Mechanics, drive continuous improvement in electrical / PLC systems, and serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and emergency response - anytime, day or night.

Work Environment :

This position will spend the majority of their time on the manufacturing floor and is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to handle and feel. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member may occasionally be required to work in non-permit required confined spaces, unless otherwise trained. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. There is no continual lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color recognition. Good hand / eye coordination is necessary. The noise level in that environment is usually very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (

90 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
