Position Overview – Business Development Specialist (Manufacturing Division) : We are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative to do B2B calls for one or more of the following industries : OEM, steel, chemical, or gas industry, industrial machine equipment sales, automation, electronics, rubber, plastic extrusion, injection, or the blow molding industry. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling, and emailing.
  • Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
  • Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
  • Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of business development and sales hunting experience in the engineering, industrial, and / or manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.

  • This role has a negotiable salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year.
