Personal Injury Attorney

A respected and established North Carolina law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. We’re looking for a proven litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead, mentor, and drive results for deserving clients.

About the Role

You’ll manage a diverse caseload of personal injury litigation matters — including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice — from intake through resolution. This position offers hands-on courtroom experience, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation : pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial.

Lead and support a team of paralegals and case managers.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.

Provide mentorship and ensure compliance with firm standards and procedures.

Stay current on developments in personal injury law.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active North Carolina Bar membership (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

5–7+ years of litigation experience , including at least 3 years in personal injury.

Demonstrated success managing a caseload and representing clients in court.

Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
