Your mission

HCLTech has large customer base globally and we are looking for a leadership role with one of the largest customers in North America.

HCLTech is a trusted partner for this customer’s large IT landscape. They have a combination of applications from ERP, COTS and Bespoke application with Cloud modernization initiative underway.

Your task is to manage the program involving Transition, Steady State and other strategic initiatives. As a Program manager, you will own the relationship with customer ecosystem at the said location.

You will have close monitoring of the program to ensure it is managed within the planned timeline, scope and cost. It is utmost important for you to communicate and work with multiple stakeholders involved in the program.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 12 to 15 years’ experience in relevant role to manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule, budget, and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program.

You have :

• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry - Downstream & Midstream. (Nice to have)
• Perform in delivering Managed Services engagements.
• Implement and execute project / programs involving cloud modernization and other digital technologies.
• Experience in leading the engagement with customer base on the ground.
• Experience in mining, identify opportunities and convert them to SoWs.
• Knowledge multiple of client-facing, leading full lifecycle implementation experience.
• Create a single point of contact for customers and own up escalations till closure.
• Work with other teams (offshore inclusive) and help unblock issues.

Pay Range in San Antonio, Texas - $100k to 110k

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and / or to comply with federal or state law.
