Responsibilities Serve guests and promote store sales
Consistently attain sales and performance standards, including Special Event and Store promotion results
Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority
Provide an exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up through the Clienteling system
Monitor guest flow and assist with matching guests with the appropriate team member
Supervise fashion merchandise categories (diamond fashion, gold, and color) and train team members on fashion merchandise
Oversee fashion merchandise implementation, performance, promotions, launches, visual display and merchandising, while building knowledge across other merchandise categories
Develop and maintain complete knowledge of all fashion merchandise to train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures
Coordinate with vendor partners, ensuring completion of trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions for the store
Collaborate with management on recruiting, scheduling, performance appraisals, and updates related to team members
Communicate personnel and security concerns and merchandising needs to the General Manager
Respond to guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner in partnership with the General Manager
Assist management in the absence of other leaders
Minimum Requirements Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards; sales must be one of them
No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months
DCA certified
Minimum six months with Signet or similar experience
Completion of the Minimum Training Requirements training module and passing the related quiz

Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move among display cases, handle and feel merchandise, and perform other related physical tasks; ability to lift up to 10 pounds and see well enough to discern differences in quality of merchandise
Work Schedule As required by the store, including evenings and weekends
Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager
Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed
Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year
