Pay : $21 to $27.50 DOE

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Assistant to join our team in Gardena, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, and Account Management teams. You'll play a key role in developing pricing models, supporting sales strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency through data analysis and market research.

What You'll Do

• Create customer quotes in Excel, incorporating product, logistics, and operational costs
• Analyze market trends, daily reports, and industry publications to inform pricing strategies
• Support timely purchasing decisions for raw materials based on market data and sales history
• Evaluate vendor product lines and logistics options to optimize cost and efficiency
• Maintain internal pricing tools, including Manufacturer Pricing Agreements (MPAs)
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and manage documentation updates
• Assist with sample shipments and prepare supporting paperwork for the Sales Team
