What you'll do :
Our Managed Print Services (MPS) customer service specialists provide attentive hands-on service to our print customers. The specialist will visit customer locations throughout Utah County and surrounding areas to provide cleaning of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers), assist customers in setting up supply stocks (toner, paper, staples), gathering information from equipment to be used for billing, and provide face to face support and care for our customers. You will interact with many different people every day and are the face of our company. Therefore, it is extremely important that our customer service specialists have a very professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No experience is necessary in this field to apply for this position as we provide complete training. We are confident our training program will prepare you for a long and successful career. Our customer service staff is well respected throughout the United States for our professionalism, knowledge, and experience.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00 PM With opportunity for occasional overtime
