Job description

A company is looking for a UX Operations Program Manager to drive operational excellence across UX Research, Design, and Content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies supporting research, design, and content initiatives

Identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows using data-driven decisions

Oversee tools, budgets, and vendor relationships while fostering collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years in UX Operations, Program Management, or similar roles

Deep understanding of UX Research, Design, and Content

Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira

Proficiency in Figma, Miro, User Interviews, and Microsoft 365

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
