What You’ll Do :

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include :

• Greeting members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Assisting with check-ins and ensuring a smooth entry process.
• Answering questions about gym services, memberships, and policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handling basic administrative tasks, to include answering phone calls.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations as needed.
