Technical Product Manager – Oracle Financials Accounts Receivable (AR)

Location : San Francisco, CA (preferred; onsite 4 days a week, work may be done in San Jose or Rocklin, CA).

Summary : We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on Oracle Financials, specifically the Accounts Receivable (AR) module. This role will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for financial systems that support billing, collections, and customer account management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in implementing enhancements to Oracle AR processes including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Define and monitor KPIs for AR performance, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), collection efficiency, and cash application accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across AR workflows.
• Partner with Oracle support and vendors to resolve system issues and optimize configurations.
• Stay current on Oracle Financials updates and best practices to inform product strategy.

Requirements

Pay Range : $150,000.00 – $160,000.00 (lowest to highest base compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting). The final compensation may be higher or lower based on education, experience, and other factors. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion until earned, vested and determinable.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
