As Associate Director of Operations, you'll oversee a talented client service team, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across investment operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four Client Service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Coordinate with custodians and external data providers to maintain operational accuracy and integrity
• Strategically allocate team resources across advisor locations and manage competing priorities
• Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions with precision and timeliness
• Partner with senior leadership to refine and implement processes for onboarding, CRM workflows, and investment reconciliation
• Collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or designation strongly preferred (CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, EA, Master's, or PhD) 7+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment Deep familiarity with custodial platformsSchwab and Fidelity preferred Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams Experience with performance reporting and CRM / workflow systems (Addepar and Salesforce a plus) Understanding of private fund investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
