Developmental Group Leader Quality (2nd Shift)

Outline of duties :

• Demonstrates a positive role model for all Associates to promote each Team Members success.
• Maintains familiarity with all job duties and skill levels of all Team Members and monitors events that may affect Team performance.
• Responsible for the assessment and development of each Team Members performance.
• Understands, teaches, and promotes the SIA Production System to all Team leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective actions, if necessary.
• Aligns leadership styles to that of SIAs Principles and values.
• Plans, monitors, and leads activities according to Plant and Section goals related to Safety, Quality, and productivity.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Leaders Manager(s).
