Developmental Group Leader Quality (2nd Shift)
Outline of duties :
- Demonstrates a positive role model for all Associates to promote each Team Members success.
- Maintains familiarity with all job duties and skill levels of all Team Members and monitors events that may affect Team performance.
- Responsible for the assessment and development of each Team Members performance.
- Understands, teaches, and promotes the SIA Production System to all Team leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective actions, if necessary.
- Aligns leadership styles to that of SIAs Principles and values.
- Plans, monitors, and leads activities according to Plant and Section goals related to Safety, Quality, and productivity.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Leaders Manager(s).
Minimum Qualifications :
Associates degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Management, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education3+ years Supervisory / Leadership experience.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Preferred Qualifications :
