Senior Manager Fraud Risk Management
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows : DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA.
The primary responsibility of this position is to direct the operations and staff of the Corporate Fraud Risk Group, develop and implement group strategy, prioritize, manage and deploy resources, evaluate program effectiveness and make remedial recommendations and plans. Fraud Risk Management's purpose is to recognize, prevent and mitigate fraud risk across the company footprint through the development and implementation of business monitoring protocols, and increase fraud awareness and education within the employee and customer population. Monitor and investigate unusual or suspicious activities, assess, benchmark, analyze and report on existing and potential risks, recommend mitigation strategies, determine liability and implement internal controls and monitoring. Fraud Risk Management must also ensure that FFC's corporate and affiliate activities remain in compliance with numerous applicable banking / fraud / exploitation related regulations.

The salary range for this position is $111,100.00 - $185,100.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components : This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
