Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Head of Sales for their menswear division to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the U.S., Latin America, and Canada that aligns with corporate goals and evolving market opportunities. Establish measurable KPIs, accurate forecasting models, and performance benchmarks to ensure accountability and consistent growth. Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and revenue channels to expand global presence.
- Revenue Growth & Client Relations : Drive all commercial sales targets across regions, fostering long-term relationships with key buyers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Integrate client insights into sales strategies and maintain tailored relationship management plans for priority accounts.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team with a focus on coaching, goal setting, and professional growth. Promote a culture of results, transparency, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified strategies and exceptional client experiences.
- Market Analysis & Sales Optimization : Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies and improve sales effectiveness. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, technology adoption, and regional resource allocation.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-region sales strategies across North America and Latin America.Strong background in driving revenue growth, managing large-scale buyer relationships, and leading complex contract negotiations.Demonstrated success in building and mentoring global or regional sales teams within fast-paced, results-oriented organizations.Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics to improve performance and efficiency.Deep understanding of market trends, customer engagement strategies, and competitive positioning in international markets.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
