The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you’ll be part of our small but mighty People team and will help drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer stage and onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across teams, ensuring a great experience for every candidate and a smooth, efficient hiring process.

While your primary focus will be recruiting, this role is designed for someone who wants exposure to the full People Operations function—including onboarding, employee engagement, performance programs, and culture initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments (from intake to offer).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, write job descriptions, and learn to design interview processes.
- Source candidates using creative approaches (LinkedIn, referrals, events, and beyond).
- Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through each step of the process with clear communication.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized data in our ATS and dashboards.
- Support onboarding for new hires and help build efficient People processes.
- Collaborate on People projects—such as employee engagement programs, learning initiatives, and performance cycles.
The qualifications you need
0–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience (internships welcome).A “can-do” attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —you enjoy connecting with people.Curiosity and eagerness to learn about People Ops, HR, and company culture building.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfort working with technology and tools (Google Workspace, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, etc.).Benefits
