A&F is seeking a Key Lead to help ensure an outstanding in-store experience. The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and supporting store operations. The role is part of the store leadership team, focused on driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.Qualifications
