Job Summary :
Gpac is partnered with a reputable law firm, seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in legal practice, strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic legal environment.
As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a diverse caseload
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience practicing law
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
