Accounts Receivable Contract Specialist, Finance Operational Support

SUMMARY :

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Contract Specialist to join our Finance Operational Support team. This full-time role will primarily work on-site, with the ability to be hybrid after fully trained (SHIFT).

Purpose of this position : Provides collaborative support to HHS Business Partners to achieve the financial revenue goals and objectives of the organization. The Accounts Receivable Contracting Specialist (ARCS) takes the lead in negotiating professional sales contracts to ensure compliance with HHS policies, Federal, State, and Local law. This position also provides key revenue enhancement identification, pricing and data analysis. The position works with External Customers and HHS Stakeholders to ensure Compliance with Contract Requirements.

As a key position in Finance Operational Support (FOS), this role includes opportunity identification / analysis, contract development, bidding, negotiation, implementation, database storage / retrieval and performance monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Works collaboratively with all key stakeholders on revenue enhancement initiatives
• Effectively manage, facilitate, engage and negotiate with all involved parties, executive leadership, management, clinicians, medical staff leadership, legal representatives, and other customers

Acts as the lead negotiator with customers to obtain the best possible value for HHS
