As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include :

• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction
• Making outside calls to generate leads / follow up on lead inquires
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Admin duties such as : Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.
