Executive Kitchen Manager - Leading Group Los Angeles CASalary : $125000 - $145000
High-volume, well-respected leading group is looking for a talented Executive Kitchen Manager to lead all culinary operations in their bustling Los Angeles location.
This role will continue cultivating growth and success within a well oiled operation, including financial and developmental goals.
The ideal candidate will be adept with systems and eager to mentor and guide a large team.

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :
- Executing food of the highest caliber which meets the organization’s top standards of quality and consistency
- Proactively manage and have a firm grasp on costs and budgets
- Expert execution in a high-volume environment is key
- Ensuring proper ordering and inventory
- Managing a large staff : scheduling, hiring, training
- Encouraging, leading, and mentoring a strong team
- Following and maintaining best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Executive Kitchen Manager Preferred Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef of a concept doing at least 10 MIL in revenue OR 1 year experience as a Corporate Chef, Area Chef, Regional Chef or Culinary Director with oversight of volume in excess of 15 MIL
- Multi-unit experience a plus
- Established background in structured environments and familiarity with standard operating procedures
- Ability to thrive in a consistently high-volume environment
- Avid professional with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule : weekends and holidays

- Base salary of $125-145k
