Itochu Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for IT Help Desk . Comprised of Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, Daiken North America, and US Premier Tube Mills; Itochu Building Products is the largest and leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America.

As a member of the IT Help Desk , you will be the primary support conduit for all of Itochu Building Products companies. You will be responsible for answering support calls, administering the help desk mailbox, entering trouble tickets into the Help Desk system and escalating tickets to resolution. You will also perform basic troubleshooting, maintain service contracts of office equipment, and be our first line of support for our users. This position will be based out of our Dallas, TX headquarters.

Compensation

Salary range : $55,000.00-$80,000.00
