Position Overview

The Operations Data Analysis Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing key operational performance metrics across SwiftX’s delivery network. This role is part of the operations center team and plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily, including pickup / delivery on-time rate (SLA), POD quality compliance, capacity utilization, productivity, cost tracking, and ZIP code coverage.
• Build standardized, unified dashboards to ensure consistent data definitions across departments.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses on operational trends and issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on performance deviations and support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate regularly with Operations, Station Management, DSP Management, Customer Service, and Finance teams to close the loop from data → strategy → execution → review .
