We have an immediate opening for a maintenance account manage / estimator
Estimating and directing maintenance projects for commercial and municipal properties. Experience in all phases of maintenance and estimating including : measuring, calculating labor hours to estimate landscape maintenance, ability to identify native plants / trees and familiar with local codes and regulations.
Experience and / or knowledge of irrigation operation, diagnosis and repair is needed .
Responsibilities Include :
- Working with multiple property managers.
- Responsible for initial site visits and costs estimating.
- Maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the field.
- Serving as a liaison between property owners, managers, HOA's, general contractors, subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer complaints and special requests.
- Promoting the company image.
- Planning schedules and overseeing regular maintenance operations.
- Modifying procedures to increase and improve efficiency / safety in the work field.
- Willing to work in all weather elements
- Helping with snow removal operations.
Valid Nevada driver's license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles .
Excel, Outlook, Word, LMN, Landscape Pro is a plus.
