Key Responsibilities :

Collaboration : Work closely with doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications :

Education : Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

Licensing : Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.

Certifications : CPR and First Aid certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the healthcare setting.

Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
