JOB DESCRIPTION : Position Summary We are seeking a talented UI / UX Developer to join our team in the modernization transformation of a Financial Crime BSA Compliant product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design with proven experience in developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex applications. Expertise in modern design tools and frameworks as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles is highly desirable.

This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences. The UI / UX Developer will drive the design and implementation of user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility, ensuring alignment with the product's compliance requirements and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Planning : Create and refine user interface designs, wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements and compliance standards. Ensure designs are scalable, accessible and user friendly.
• User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to the team and executives.
• Implementation : Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern design tools and frameworks. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across the product.
• Problem Solving : Identify and address UX issues and challenges. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• Documentation : Document design processes, decisions and guidelines. Provide comprehensive design specifications and assets to the development team.
