We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of Quickbooks, and a background in appraisal and brokerage to step into a leadership role.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial management needs are met and exceeded.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial management needs are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and client presentations.
- Utilize Quickbooks to manage and track financial data.
- Work closely with clients to appraise their financial situations and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Liaise with brokerage firms to facilitate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in client accounting services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Job Details
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client accounting services, with a focus on financial management.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks is required.
- Experience in appraisal and brokerage is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UKG is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
