We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide first-line technical support and ensure the smooth operation of internal systems across the organization. This role will manage user accounts, devices, software, and system monitoring, while delivering timely and effective solutions to internal teams. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, supporting innovative projects that directly impact organizational success. Accountabilities
- Manage user accounts and permissions across multiple systems, ensuring proper access and security compliance.
- Administer corporate software and application access, track licenses, and ensure proper allocation.
- Configure, provision, and maintain end-user devices, enrolling them in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) systems.
- Monitor system logs and performance, reporting anomalies and escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users via ticketing system, phone, video, or in-person.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure consistent and high-quality IT service delivery.
- Occasionally provide on-call support to cover different geographic regions as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in first-line IT support or helpdesk roles.Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies; certifications are a plus.Strong understanding of Google Workspace, MacOS, and standard enterprise applications; training provided for proprietary tools.Knowledge of identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta) and MDM platforms (Addigy for MacOS, Miradore for Windows).Experience with device configuration for Windows and MacOS, and familiarity with EDR solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.Strong time management and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and custom internal solutions.Benefits
