What You’ll Do :
Implement 1 : 1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and homeCollect ongoing data on client’s programsHelp build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clientsCollaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individualEnsure clear communication with all team members and parents / clientsProvide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessaryAttend staff meetings and training sessionsJoin Our Mission!

Qualifications :
HS DiplomaExperience working with children (personal / professional)WA state driver's licenseInsured, reliable transportationMust be able to lift and carry clients when neededGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to connect with clientsAbility to work M-F, MWF, or Tues / ThursIdeal Candidates :
Individuals who love working with childrenBilingual?
