A K–12 campus in the region seeks a certified Substitute RBT to fill in when regular behavioral-support staff are unavailable. The role emphasizes intervention fidelity, consistent data tracking, and behavioral support to maintain student progress.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Step into behavioral-support roles on a substitute basis, delivering ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
Support students in individual or small-group settings, reinforcing appropriate behavior and teaching replacement skills
Record and analyze behavior-data, help adjust environments, follow behavior-intervention plans (BIPs)
Aid with transition routines, non-instructional supervision and behavior-management systems
Qualifications / Desired Experience :
Current RBT credential (BACB) OR Washington CBT credential from WA DOH
Experience in ABA support settings, ideally within schools or specialized programs
Proficient in data-collection and able to adapt to different behavioral protocols
Reliable, flexible with schedule and mobile between sites
