Job descriptionProvide direct client 1 : 1 care in home, community or school settings Use naturalistic training techniques, following behavior treatment plans Maintaining caseload documentation-session notes Ensure progress across goals and in multiple settings Participate in collaboration with other service providers and family members Maintain HIPAA guidelines Attend monthly check-in with supervisor to review progress and goals RBT / CBT Certification Proficiency in behavioral therapy Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Ability to collect and analyze data Strong understanding of behavior management techniques Familiarity with special education practices 401(k) matching License reimbursement Paid sick time Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Travel reimbursement Monday to Friday Applied behavior analysis : 1 year (Required) Certified Behavioral Technician (Required)
