Requirements
2+ years of office, clinic, or operations management experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred) Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead with empathy and build positive team relationships Comfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeed
