Wealth Associate
Bravera Wealth is hiring for a Wealth Associate in Bismarck, ND or Dickinson, ND. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of the vision of Bravera Planning + Investing. This role provides sales support to assigned Investment Advisors in managing their portfolios and maximizing their productivity by providing administrative support and high quality customer service. This position is the first point of contact for all incoming communication and correspondence and responds to general client inquiries. Opportunity for growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Service the financial needs of clients and prospective clients, in partnership with the Investment Advisors, coordinate their transactional needs and help resolve customer issues, concerns and / or problems promptly.
- Assist the Investment Advisors with helping to process business, maintain company software, book appointments on behalf of Investment Advisors, and prepare client files using tools required to provide the ideal client experience.
- Assist Investment Advisors with processing of business, using dealer-provided systems, and following up on transactions and transfers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
- Service clients' general day-to-day requests.
- Communicate internally with various departments as well as the broker dealer and external vendors.
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents and files.
- Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports.
- Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts including transfers and transactions.
- Perform various administrative duties and conduct research, as required.
- Professional communication both verbally and written.

Qualifications include :
PC proficiency in a windows environment required including Outlook, Word & Excel. Proficiency to learn and execute software associated with creating and maintaining client accounts.Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.Highly motivated and must be detail-oriented and organized.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.Ability to problem solve to find beneficial solutions and take action in difficult and challenging situations.Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Ability to share knowledge and best practices while working in a team environment.Receptive to feedback and coaching.Must have a positive attitude and willing to go above and beyond.Location Bismarck, ND or Dickinson, ND
