Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This position offers a full school-year mitment to provide behavioral assessment and intervention services that promote positive educational and developmental outes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Support pliance with educational and disability regulations through thorough documentation.
