Job descriptionDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans following best practices and student needs Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide decision-making Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes Provide direct support and training to staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to optimize student success Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required Experience working within school settings serving K-12 populations Strong skills in assessment, behavior intervention planning, and collaboration Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments Opportunity to make impactful contributions across multiple school locations Collaborative team environment focused on student growth and development Contract-to-hire arrangement offering potential long-term placement

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a well-regarded school district serving K-12 students. This contract-to-hire position offers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with immediate start leading up to October 1st and potential for extension.
