Executive Administrative Assistant – Fast-Paced Trading Environment

We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant with 10+ years of experience supporting senior management to join a team where precision, agility, and professionalism are key.
In this role, you’ll provide critical support to multiple senior leaders and their teams, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expenses with speed and accuracy. You’ll be the go-to resource for navigating company policies and procedures, and your ability to communicate across all levels of the organization will be essential.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple executive calendars and coordinate travel logistics
Process expenses using Concur with precision
Serve as liaison across business functions and leadership levels
Organize client entertainment functions and team events
Required Skills :
Expert-level proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Advanced Concur experience for travel and expense management
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and organizational excellence
Ability to work extended hours when needed
Top Must-Haves : Concur expertise
Mastery of MS Office Suite
Outlook calendar and email management

Pay Details : $35.74 to $40.74 per hour
