As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.

You will be the plant's champion for our Quality Operating System (QOS) and the lead authority on quality during the high-stakes launch of Ford's next-generation vehicles. If you are a strategic, data-driven quality leader ready to make a tangible impact on an iconic brand, this role is for you.

Qualifications

What You'll Have…

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong background in quality, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, influence cross-functional partners, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• A solid foundation in statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
