Position Title : Senior SAP Application Consultant, QM

Location : 10856 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH, 45242 and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Summary of Duties

Act as Senior Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant and lead on assigned SAP implementation projects. Implement the following QM functionality : QM in Procurement; Quality Inspections; Quality Notifications (Non-conformance Management, Corrective Actions, etc.); Integration with Batch Management and Serialization; Outgoing Certificates of Analysis; Quality Management Master Data : Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plans, Master Recipes, Routings, Certificate Profiles. Document client quality management and plant maintenance requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutions. Configure the SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance solution and perform initial testing. Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements / customization. Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of quality management and plant maintenance requirements. Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution. Provide go-live support and identify facility areas with potential for future improvement. Collaborate with other QM and PM Consultants on continuous improvement of processes and tools within the QM functionality. Mentor less experienced QM and PM colleagues as they build their QM / PM business process and SAP capabilities knowledge. Perform technical evaluations of potential hires or subcontract employees to gauge understanding of general quality management principles, QM / PM business.

Requires up to 100% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

Qualifications

• Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in any computer related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
• Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in any computer related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
• Requires extensive experience with SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance implementation or production support with understanding of the integration points with other SAP modules.
• Requires integration experience with other process areas.
• Requires leadership experience on SAP implementation projects.
• Requires experience configuring multiple SAP modules or experience across multiple industries.
• Requires experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Requires excellent communication skills in a client facing position.
• Requires up to 100% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

Benefits

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $120,536 - $182,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate's skill set, certifications, and experience.
