What a Junior Account Executive will be doing :
Engage directly with customers to pitch and sell AT&T’s wireless and fiber services face-to-face, not face-to-Zoom
Build and manage your own pipeline of leads, accounts, and “almost closed” deals
Deliver persuasive presentations that make 5G sound like the future (because it is)
Hit performance targets like your paycheck depends on it because it actually does
Collaborate with team leads and senior execs to refine your sales strategy (and maybe steal a few of their best lines)
Track your activity, follow up with prospects, and keep your CRM cleaner than your inbox
Attend team meetings, trainings, and the occasional “optional” event that’s definitely not optional
Represent Babylon Management and AT&T with confidence, professionalism, and just the right amount of swagger
