Santa Fe Dental Group is looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our fast-paced, growing dental practice! With two locations and over 10 years of trusted care, we proudly serve a predominantly Hispanic community and are passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do :

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism

Assist with check-in / check-out and collect necessary forms or payments

Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix dental software

Answer phones and address questions or route calls as needed

Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries

Maintain accurate, confidential patient records

Communicate with the clinical team to keep patient care flowing smoothly

Assist with coding and billing using knowledge of ICD-10 and dental terminology

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent (Medical or dental admin certification is a plus!)

1–2 years of experience in a dental office is preferred

Experience with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is preferred

Excellent clerical and organizational skills

Strong communication – verbal, written, and non-verbal – with a patient-first attitude

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with dental / medical terminology and insurance processes

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively

Bilingual in Spanish and English is REQUIRED.
