Job Description

The US Consumer Credit Strategy lead is responsible for building and executing strategy to grow Visa Consumer Credit payments volume in the US. The primary objective is to develop product platform strategy and identify and operationalize investment to improve the competitiveness of Visa’s consumer credit products within known guardrails and industry headwinds. Responsibility will also include articulating a strategy to win more market share, retain and grow credit issuing deals.

• US Credit Growth 2030
• Roadmap for growth for US Visa credit ‘portfolio’
• Growing VAS
• US Initiatives – e.g., responding to market obligations
• Affluent (& segment) Strategy
• Competitive Positioning
• Strategic Client Engagement
• Deal / RFP Support

US Credit Product Strategy lead will be measured by the success of Visa US Consumer Credit Payments Volume Growth, Win Rate on new deals and renewals and the net impact to Visa's consumer credit economics. The role will be responsible for developing strategy, influencing key stakeholders and executing action plans across cross-functional teams at Visa including North America Leadership Team, Account Executives, Finance. This position is based out of San Francisco, CA and reports into the Vice President, Head of US Consumer Credit.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 204,500.00 to 296,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
