P&C Liability Supervisor

A company is looking for a P & C Liability Supervisor to lead their liability claims team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial reviews of loss notices to identify potential coverage or liability issues

Supervise and support adjuster staff, ensuring claims are handled accurately and efficiently

Conduct quarterly audits to assess quality, accuracy, and compliance in claims handling

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Minimum 5 years of P&C liability claims experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of liability laws and claims processes

Proven ability to train and mentor staff

Proficient in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
