Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the business.

Own full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Oversee all project phases-from sales through production and closeout-to ensure quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to enhance business performance.

Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home services, construction, or exterior remodeling.

Proven success managing P&L, budgets, and driving sales performance through data and KPIs.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and commitment to developing people.

High comfort level with technology, performance tracking, and process improvement.
