We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that will provide you with an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where your skills and talents in the field of legal services will be put to good use. This role will require you to provide high quality administrative and legal support to our team of attorneys, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.

Responsibilities :

As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for :

1. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, and managing schedules.

2. Editing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.

3. Managing case files by organizing and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems.

4. Gathering and arranging evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.

5. Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials by phone, in writing, or in person, providing professional and courteous service at all times.

6. Coordinating law office activities such as subpoena delivery.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need :

1. Experience as a Legal Assistant or a similar role in the Legal industry.

2. Proficient knowledge of legal documentation and terminology.

3. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

5. Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
