Sr. Manager, Bi & Analytics

Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders, Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebot's "special sauce" is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka : our customer's clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.
This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. This role will be expected to work in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, with the option to work from home Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Compensation : We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $150,000 - $170,000, plus an annual 10% performance bonus target.
The impact you'll make by joining us :
Within 3 months you will :
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and your Bi team, becoming a trusted thought partner on how data can drive growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of Homebot's data ecosystem, products, customers, and the broader real estate and fintech landscape.
- Operate as a hands-on analyst : diving into complex business questions, uncovering insights, and setting a high standard for analytical thinking.
- Deliver early, high-impact dashboards and insights that help leaders make faster, more informed decisions, while defining clear team goals and success metrics aligned with company priorities.
- Lay the groundwork for a central analytics repository that standardizes metrics and enables scalable self-service.
- Begin shaping the long-term Bi roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and data quality.
Within 6 months you will :
Lead a Bi function that's transitioning from reactive reporting to proactive insight generation. The team is moving faster, collaborating better, and producing work that influences strategy.Drive measurable business impact through analytics that inform product, marketing, customer success, and operational decisions.Launch and maintain a company-wide data repository and governance structure that improves discoverability, consistency, and self-service across teams.Enhance data accessibility and self-service across the organization while raising the bar for data literacy and storytelling.Within 1 year you will :
Lead a high-performing Bi team that the company depends on for clear, trusted, and actionable insights.Continuously evolve the Bi strategy, team capabilities, and tech stack to meet business needs and surface opportunities before they're asked for.Fully operationalize a scalable self-service analytics ecosystem, where teams can access reliable data, explore confidently, and trust the results.Establish data as a core strategic asset, fueling decision-making, innovation, and company-wide confidence in the numbers.Who you'll collaborate with :
This role will report to the VP, OperationsYou will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and FinanceYou'll manage a Data Analytics Engineer focused on scaling data access and insights across the company.What you bring :
5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.2+ years of experience managing a Bi or analytics team.Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, and Sigma (or similar tools).Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including ETL and reverse ETL workflows.Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable data solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can make complex data accessible.Experience setting Bi strategy, OKRs, and managing stakeholder relationships.Bonus points :
You are familiar with Real Estate and / or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership.Characteristics of a Homebot Bi & Analytics Manager :
