IT Infrastructure Manager

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team, ensuring system availability and performance

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure utilizing Microsoft and AWS application stacks

Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, including 3 years managing a team

Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft application stack, including Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

Experience with network architecture and design, including firewalls, VPNs, and routing
