Senior Roadway Structure Engineer

Wilson & Company is seeking a full-time senior structural engineer to join our Arizona transportation team, and to provide leadership and guidance to help build our transportation structures practice in Arizona. This role will serve our clients primarily in the Arizona area and lead the structure design for traditional and alternative delivery projects. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to work with our public and private clients we serve through our structure teams in our 16 offices in the western US.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Utilize your exceptional design skills to deliver cost-effective solutions for various projects.
• As the staff grows, lead / manage and mentor the Arizona structures team.
• Collaborate with Structure teams in other Wilson offices by work sharing to meet project schedules and optimize utilization of staff.
• Implement client and internal QA / QC procedures.
• Engage actively in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations, contributing valuable insights to enhance project outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence by providing crucial information and recommendations to strategic plans, implementing action plans, and improving production, quality standards, and productivity.
• Assist in developing proposals and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to our financial objectives by efficiently managing your resources and budgets to achieve project success.

Annual Salary Range : $115,000-150,000, depending on experience.
