Business Finance Associate

A company is looking for a Business Finance / Accounting Associate (Entry-Level).

Key Responsibilities

Review shareholder reports, including financial statements and schedules for financial reporting on a quarterly basis

Assist with Transfer Agency Functions, including fund share activity wires and share reconciliations

Book journal entries, record cash receipts, and perform audit confirmation reconciliation

Required Qualifications

Entry-level position; preference for recent college graduates

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Foundational knowledge of Accounting preferred

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines during quarterly financial reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
