Accounts Payable Clerk

What You'll Do
- Process external vendor invoices
- Receive, review, code, and enter invoices in Acumatica; match to POs and receipts where applicable.
- Coordinate weekly pay runs
- Prepare payment batches, obtain approvals, and release disbursements through Bank of America CashPro.
- Vendor support & issue resolution
- Respond to supplier inquiries, research discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships with mission-critical partners.
- Maintain AP records & reconciliations
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger; assist with month-end close and account-reconciliation schedules.
- Compliance & controls
- Ensure SOX-compliant documentation and segregation-of-duties; help refine AP procedures as SnapNrack scales.
- Ad-hoc projects
- Support process-improvement or data-analysis tasks (Google Workspace / Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus).
What You'll Bring
12 years of full-cycle accounts-payable experience in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.Solid working knowledge of ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and online banking portals (CashPro or similar).Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) and comfort learning new cloud tools; GCP familiarity a plus.Strong understanding of three-way match, payment terms, and basic GAAP.Proven ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Why SnapNrack
